The site

This marketing site is operated by Waterlmelon OS, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation. It describes the Starter Site and Core website packages, optional Care Plan website maintenance, and chat or follow-up work that is quoted only after a written scope. You can request an audit or discuss a project by email. Online deposits are not open yet.

Deposits and remaining balance

A 50% deposit starts the website project (Starter $297.50 / Core $625). The remaining 50% is invoiced separately when you approve the launch preview, before your site goes live.

• Starter Site $595 — a 50% deposit is $297.50. The remaining $297.50 is invoiced separately when you approve the launch preview, before the site goes live.
• Core $1,250 — a 50% deposit is $625. The remaining $625 is invoiced separately when you approve the launch preview, before the site goes live.

Paying a deposit starts the onboarding described on Pricing and How it works. It does not expand scope beyond the named tier. Care Plan is optional website maintenance and is not included in the website deposit. Chat and Follow-Up Engine are quoted only after discovery and a written scope. They have no published price here and are not Checkout products.

Deposit is refundable only before the preview call. After preview approval, the final payment is non-refundable except for failure to deliver the contracted scope. Kill fee = deposit.

Project work

Anything outside scope is a written change order at $75/hour, approved before work.

Client provides photos and copy bullets within 7 days or the 7-day / 14-day launch timeline slides.

Starter ≤7 days and Core 14 days assume intake assets are in. If photos or copy bullets are late, the launch clock slides — it is not a penalty-free rush.

30-day post-launch bug-fix warranty.

The domain is registered in the client’s name, always. Hosting is transferable on departure (30-day export).

Outreach concepts

Preview pages we may build for outreach are concepts, labeled “Concept — not your current website.” They are not a live site and not your commissioned website until you hire us.

Free audit and communications

The free audit is a review of your current web presence. Submitting the form is a request for that review or a follow-up, not a purchase. We use the details you send to respond unless you opt in to marketing email. If you provide a phone number and consent, we may call or text about that request. We do not cold-SMS prospects from this form. Client-facing SMS (Core owner notify, and missed-call text-back only when a written follow-up scope includes it) are tools we install for paying clients, using compliant templates they approve.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site (scraping that impairs service, injecting malware, or submitting false payment information). We may refuse or refund a deposit if the work is a bad fit or the request is abusive.

Disclaimer and liability

Industry figures on this site are published benchmarks from named sources, not promised results for your shop. The site is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, Waterlmelon OS, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. For paid project work, the signed agreement and the commercial terms above control; our liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement that gave rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law of the United States. Venue will be stated in the signed project agreement.
