AI agency

Turn one repetitive task into a scoped AI project.

Bring a business process directly to our team: no website purchase required. Discovery, scoped development, integration, testing, and ongoing support are agreed in writing. AI projects have a separate scope and price; they are not included in website packages or Care.

Where we can help

Connect the front door to the work behind it.

A customer might visit your site, ask a question, call after hours, request a quote, and wait for a reply. We look at that whole path. The right solution may be a site, one workflow, or a carefully tested agent.

These are services we can build around your business. The examples below illustrate possible projects, not completed deployments or measured results. Our team handles discovery and approvals. Each build has agreed inputs, connected tools, deliverables, acceptance tests, and human handoffs.

Separately scoped build

Voice agents

Business problem
A repair shop misses after-hours calls; a property manager repeats the same intake questions.
Build and output
Build a voice flow that answers approved questions, collects an inquiry, produces a call summary, and routes exceptions to a person.
Inputs
An approved call script, service information, routing rules, and caller-provided details.
Connections required
A client-approved phone/voice provider, phone number, and CRM or inbox connection; provider access and usage costs are agreed separately.
Deliverables and acceptance tests
Deliver the call flow, configured connections, handoff instructions, and test results for normal calls, unclear answers, failed transfers, and provider outages.
Human approval and limits
Disclosure, recording/consent requirements, and escalation rules are agreed before use. No autonomous price promises, emergency decisions, or claimed existing client deployment.

Separately scoped build

Customer support and inquiry qualification

Business problem
A retailer answers repeated order questions; a professional services business needs a clearer inquiry brief.
Build and output
Build an assistant that answers from approved information, captures the request, and produces a qualified summary or support ticket.
Inputs
Client-approved FAQs, policies, intake questions, and any permitted customer/order data.
Connections required
The selected website/chat channel, help desk or CRM, and authorized order lookup if the scope needs it.
Deliverables and acceptance tests
Deliver the approved knowledge set, intake flow, connected ticket route, and tests for known questions, missing facts, access limits, and human escalation.
Human approval and limits
People approve refunds, policy exceptions, and commitments. This site demonstrates agency chat; client support systems are separately built and tested.

Separately scoped build

Lead follow-up

Business problem
An installer loses quote requests between the form and inbox; a training provider needs consistent replies to interested applicants.
Build and output
Build a workflow that records the inquiry, drafts or sends permitted follow-up, updates its stage, and flags unanswered or unusual requests.
Inputs
Inquiry details, consent status, pipeline stages, and client-approved message templates and timing.
Connections required
The client's forms, CRM, and approved email/SMS provider. Sending access, consent rules, and paid usage are part of scope.
Deliverables and acceptance tests
Deliver the pipeline map, approved templates, connected workflow, and tests for duplicates, opt-outs, missing consent, delivery failure, and handoff.
Human approval and limits
No cold outreach or messages without the agreed permission. People approve templates and exceptions; no guaranteed conversion or lead volume.

Separately scoped build

Scheduling

Business problem
A consultant repeats availability checks; a repair business coordinates appointment requests manually.
Build and output
Build a flow that offers permitted slots, creates a booking only after confirmation, and routes conflicts or unusual requests to a person.
Inputs
Availability, service duration, time zones, booking rules, and the customer's requested times.
Connections required
The selected calendar/booking provider and inquiry channel, using authorized access and the client's existing booking rules.
Deliverables and acceptance tests
Deliver the booking flow and tests for conflicts, time zones, cancellation/rescheduling, duplicate requests, and failed calendar writes.
Human approval and limits
No booking is presented as confirmed before the provider accepts it. A person handles exceptions and approves rules.

Separately scoped build

Document processing

Business problem
A wholesaler retypes purchase-order details; an office sorts submitted forms and supporting documents.
Build and output
Build a workflow that extracts agreed fields, checks for missing information, and creates a structured draft or review queue with source references.
Inputs
Approved document types, field definitions, sample files, and permitted storage locations.
Connections required
Client-approved document storage, extraction/model services, and a spreadsheet, database, or business system destination.
Deliverables and acceptance tests
Deliver the field map, processing flow, review queue, and sample-based tests for unreadable files, missing fields, duplicates, and extraction errors.
Human approval and limits
People review uncertain output and approve final financial, legal, or other consequential decisions. Data access and retention are agreed in scope.

Separately scoped build

Internal reporting

Business problem
A retailer combines weekly sales spreadsheets; a service business needs a clear summary of open inquiries and appointments.
Build and output
Build a workflow that combines permitted data into a report, links figures to sources, and flags missing data or unusual changes for review.
Inputs
Authorized source records, agreed metrics, reporting periods, and approved recipients.
Connections required
The agreed spreadsheets, CRM, accounting exports, or databases, plus the selected report destination; access is scoped to what is needed.
Deliverables and acceptance tests
Deliver the metric definitions, report format, connected workflow, and tests reconciling totals, date ranges, missing records, and failed source access.
Human approval and limits
People approve the definitions and interpret decisions. Reports do not invent missing figures or guarantee business outcomes.

Social media and Google Business Profile setup

One-time setup is quoted after a written scope. New profile setup is separate from Starter, Core, and Care. Starter includes its listed Google profile link, and Core includes its listed optimization pass. Work beyond those listed items is scoped separately.

Social media profile setup

Set up the selected business profiles with client-approved branding, descriptions, contact details, and website links. Scope identifies the platforms, assets, and handover checklist. The client retains ownership and grants authorized access; platform approval and account recovery remain with the provider.

Ongoing posting, inbox/review management, campaigns, ads, and paid platform usage are separately scoped. Setup does not promise followers, reach, or leads.

Google Business Profile setup and optimization

For eligible businesses that meet Google's requirements for in-person customer contact; online-only businesses are not eligible. Help with accurate business details, categories, hours, client-approved photos, and verification preparation.

The client retains ownership and grants authorized manager access. Google chooses verification methods and decides approval; owner involvement may be needed. No guaranteed approval, instant activation, ranking, or leads.

How an AI workflow starts

One process, clear limits, human review.

  1. 01

    Map one bottleneck

We identify the trigger, current tools, data involved, who owns the decision, and what a useful result looks like.

  2. 02

    Agree a written scope

Agree the deliverables, price, data permissions, allowed actions, and human handoffs. Write a test plan before connecting customer-facing systems.

  3. 03

    Build and test together

We test with realistic cases, review the output with your team, and decide whether the workflow is ready to operate.

  4. 04

    Operate with oversight

We document support, monitoring, updates, and when a person must take over. Scope and ongoing costs are agreed in writing.

Tell us what slows your team down.

Bring one example: a missed inquiry, a repeated question, a call pattern, or a manual handoff. We will discuss whether a website, workflow, or pilot makes sense. Custom work is quoted only after scope is clear.
